Sun Capital closes Anderson Global continuation vehicle with no disclosed price

The vehicle gives Fund VIII LPs a liquidity option or a roll, and neither its size nor any lead buyer was disclosed.

Sun Capital Partners has completed a continuation vehicle for Anderson Global, PE Hub reported on Sept. 29, pairing the news with co-CEO Marc Leder's account of the factors that produced the deal and of plans to further scale a corporate and fund services platform. The item reports completion and omits any price, vehicle size or lead buyer, leaving the transaction legible in shape and unreadable in value.

PWD reported the same day that Sun Capital's second continuation vehicle of 2026 for Anderson Global gave Fund VIII LPs a liquidity option or the chance to roll. If both passes priced the same company, the interval between reference points is short, and each round asked LPs to re-underwrite an asset whose terms have not been published either time.

Amulet's US fertility continuation vehicle closed earlier this month with no reported price, and the comparison is the one the secondaries market has been arguing about: the binding constraint has shifted from capital to deal flow that can actually be priced. GP-led trades clear without asset-level marks, while LP-led books stall on benchmark-free pricing, and Anderson Global's vehicle sits on the GP-led side of that line.

Nor does the PE Hub item say whether an LPAC vote or a fairness opinion accompanied the vehicle, or who provided the new money. Those are the details that would let anyone outside the process judge the terms, and they arrive, when they arrive, after closing.

Leder's comments on scaling sit outside the CV. A sponsor rolling an asset into a fresh vehicle while describing plans to grow a corporate and fund services platform suggests a longer hold, though the report does not frame it that way.

The same PE Hub post also carries Bain Capital's Matt Evans discussing a partial exit of MRO to AAR, alongside a pair of aerospace transactions involving Bain-backed MRO Holdings and Greenbriar Equity Group. The headline calls Evans's portion a discussion, not a signed deal, and no terms for any of it appear in the coverage.

What is on the record is a closed vehicle, a sponsor chief executive describing growth plans, and no number. The part still outstanding is whether a size, a mark or a lead buyer ever joins it.
