Meridiam closes $4.5 billion continuation vehicle without disclosing a price

Meridiam closed a $4.5 billion continuation vehicle for 15 North American assets without disclosing a price or lead buyer, AltAssets reported. The vehicle gives investors in earlier funds a liquidity option while extending Meridiam's ownership of transportation and social infrastructure assets.

Energy Capital Partners raised an $834 million continuation vehicle for Next Wave Energy Partners. Investors in its $3.3 billion Fund IV could cash out or roll into the new vehicle, and the reporting does not say who set the price used for that election. Together with Meridiam, the two vehicles closed $5.33 billion of secondaries with a disclosed size and no disclosed price.

Ibex closed an $87 million Israel-focused fund, the week's only secondaries fund close with a disclosed figure in our records. AlpInvest registered its ninth onshore secondaries fund this week.

Triple Point closed a $55 million secondary for Perch Group with a disclosed size. Ares Secondaries disclosed a $500 million transaction in Sabey Data Center Properties.

Sun Capital's Anderson Global and Center Rock's Power Services Group were among continuation vehicles that closed without a disclosed price or size, our records show.

Nasdaq Fund Secondaries and LODAS Markets announced a secondary on a Harrison Street Private Wealth real assets vehicle aimed at wealth platforms.

Warburg Pincus funded liquidity for Awayday's holders from its $4bn-plus Capital Solutions Founders Fund, AltAssets reported, and no price was disclosed. Ares Management and LightBay Capital remain Awayday's controlling shareholders after the transaction.
